Terms and conditions

These conditions regulate the access and use of the Domicilio indeterminado website, an independent publisher operating in La Plata, Province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The person responsible for the site is Marcelo Oscar Pérez, CUIT 20-14401975-0, domiciled at Quirno Costa 285, Bolívar, Bolívar district, Province of Buenos Aires, CP 6550, Argentina.

The site provides information about the publisher, its catalog, its publications, and its activity, as well as contact channels. When titles are available, it may also allow the purchase of books online.

Domicilio indeterminado does not provide personalized recommendation services, nor does it use the site to send newsletters or automated commercial communications.

Access to public content is free and does not require creating an account. Registration is optional and allows users to link their scavenger bag to retrieve it upon returning.

To create an account, we only request an email address, a username, and a password. The email is used to register and recognize the account: Domicilio indeterminado will not use it to send spam, newsletters, notifications, or automated commercial communications.

Individuals using the site must do so lawfully and without affecting its operation, security, content, or the rights of third parties.

Messages are sent voluntarily via the published email addresses. Sending a message or a manuscript does not imply its acceptance, publication, or the creation of a contractual relationship.

Browsing the site is free. If books or other products are enabled for sale, the price, currency, availability, and applicable conditions will be disclosed before confirming the purchase.

Online payments will be processed through Mercado Pago Checkout Pro. The buyer will be redirected to the Mercado Pago environment to choose the payment method and complete the transaction, which is also subject to that platform's terms and policies.

Domicilio indeterminado does not receive or store full card details used in Mercado Pago. Purchase confirmation will depend on payment accreditation and the reported availability of the product.

Distance purchases will retain all rights recognized by Argentine consumer protection regulations. Delivery conditions, exchanges, returns, and the corresponding mechanism to exercise the right of cancellation will also be published before sales are enabled.

Accounts are used exclusively to identify the user and keep their scavenger bag. The site does not use this data to personalize advertising or send automated commercial communications.

It may process information voluntarily sent by email and, when purchases are enabled, the necessary data to manage the order, payment, and subsequent customer service.

Passwords are transformed using a cryptographic function with a unique salt before being saved; Domicilio indeterminado does not store and cannot read the original password.

Without an account, the scavenger bag is kept solely in the browser through local storage. Upon logging in, the selection is associated with the account in the site's database. Details are developed in the Privacy policy.

Domicilio indeterminado may update these conditions to reflect changes in the site, its services, or applicable regulations. The current version will be the one published on this page and will indicate its date of last update.
