This policy applies to the site domicilioindeterminado.com.ar, accounts created on it, messages sent to Domicilio indeterminado's email addresses, and, when sales are enabled, the information necessary to manage purchases and payments.

When visiting the site, the technical infrastructure may process data such as the IP address, date and time of access, requested pages, browser or device type, and connection security data.

If a person writes to the publisher, we may process their name, email address, message content, and any files they choose to attach. This includes data voluntarily incorporated in inquiries, press requests, rights communications, and manuscripts sent for editorial consideration.

When creating an account, we solely process the email address, username, and technical data necessary to protect the password and maintain the session. The original password is not stored: only the result of a cryptographic function with a unique salt is saved.

When purchases are enabled, we may process the order reference, chosen books and quantities, amount, currency, payment status, transaction identifiers, and associated dates. If necessary to deliver a purchase or provide subsequent customer service, we may also request identification, contact, billing, and delivery data.

We do not request sensitive data through the site. We recommend not including such information in emails or files unless strictly necessary.

Data is used to answer inquiries; manage institutional, press, or rights communications; evaluate manuscripts; and keep the necessary records of each exchange.

When sales exist, data may also be used to create and track orders, process payments, coordinate deliveries, issue documentation, provide subsequent customer service, prevent fraud, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and consumer protection obligations.

Technical browsing data is processed to deliver the site, keep it available, detect errors, and protect it from abuse or attacks.

Depending on the case, processing is carried out with the consent and at the request of the individual, to respond prior to a contract, execute a purchase, comply with legal obligations, or operate and protect the site.

Creating an account is optional. However, the email, username, and password are required to register it; other data may be necessary to answer an inquiry, evaluate a material, or complete a purchase and its delivery.

Without an account, the scavenger bag only saves the identifiers and quantities of the chosen books in the browser's local storage. Upon logging in, that selection is merged with the bag associated with the account and kept in the site's database. When initiating payment, the products and quantities are sent to the server to validate the order.

Logging in uses an essential, secure, first-party cookie to recognize the account for thirty days. The cookie does not contain the password and cannot be read by the browser's JavaScript code.

The site does not use advertising cookies, Google Analytics, pixels, or commercial tracking tools. For this reason, Domicilio indeterminado does not display a banner asking to accept advertising or analytical cookies.

Cloudflare, as an infrastructure provider, may process technical connection data and apply strictly necessary mechanisms to deliver and protect the site. You can consult Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If the person proceeds to Mercado Pago, that platform may use its own cookies and technologies in accordance with its Privacy Declaration. These processes take place within the Mercado Pago environment and are governed by their conditions.

Domicilio indeterminado does not sell or rent personal data. Access is limited to those who need the information to fulfill the described purposes, under confidentiality and security duties.

Email, hosting, security, and storage providers may intervene in operating the site. Currently, Cloudflare provides the web and database infrastructure; when payments are enabled, Mercado Pago will process the transaction on its own platform.

We may also communicate information to professional advisors, logistics providers, or competent authorities when necessary to manage a purchase, comply with a legal obligation, or exercise and defend rights.

Cloudflare provides services through globally distributed infrastructure, so certain technical data may be processed outside Argentina. This processing is subject to the provider's agreements and conditions, and to the safeguards required by the regulations applicable to international data transfers.

Messages and materials received will be kept for the time reasonably necessary to analyze them, respond to them, and maintain the record of the exchange. If the communication leads to a contractual relationship, an editorial agreement, or a legal obligation, they may be kept for the corresponding periods.

Order and payment data will be kept as long as necessary to manage the transaction and, subsequently, for the periods required by legal, tax, accounting, and consumer protection obligations, or to address potential claims.

Account data and its scavenger bag will be kept as long as the account exists. The individual can request its deletion; sessions automatically expire after thirty days, without prejudice to a new session being initiated subsequently.

Data will be deleted, anonymized, or blocked when it is no longer necessary for its purpose, unless it must be kept due to a legal obligation or for the exercise or defense of rights.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are applied to prevent the loss, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized access to data. The site uses HTTPS connections, stores passwords solely as salted cryptographic derivatives, keeps sessions using random identifiers unreadable by JavaScript, and separates the credentials required to operate external services from the public pages.

No system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security. In the event of an incident that may affect personal data, measures will be taken to limit its consequences, and the corresponding communications will be made in accordance with applicable regulations.

In accordance with Law 25,326, any person can request information about the processing of their data and exercise, as appropriate, their rights of access, update, rectification, and deletion.

The request must be sent to contacto@domicilioindeterminado.com.ar and include the necessary information to prove identity and identify the involved data. Access requests must be answered within ten calendar days; rectification, update, or deletion within five business days.

If the response is not satisfactory, the person can file a complaint with the Agency for Access to Public Information, the control authority for Law 25,326, or file a habeas data lawsuit.

The site may contain links to third-party pages. The data processing carried out by those third parties is governed by their own policies and not by this document.
